Persistence and Professionalism

I had received a letter from Pettinato saying there was unclaimed money that I had a legal right to. However my situation was a nightmare paperwork wise as there were deceased heirs involved.

So after going thru the channel of paperwork, I did indeed receive a check!  But the problem was, it was assigned to the wrong inheritor.  So I couldn't deposit this check. It was worthless to me as it was.  

At this point, Scott could  have said "good luck getting it handled", as Pettinato and Associates had indeed done their part and got the money distributed.  But Scott didn't do that.  He worked with me, and the holder, until a new check was issued to the correct inheritor.

Bottom line, I did indeed receive the correct check today.  I very well may have just given up if I did this myself, but Scott's persistence and professionalism, and helping me to find the correct paperwork, got the job done.  So if you do indeed get a letter from Pettinato and Associates regarding unclaimed money, it is legit!
